During recent months as the COVID-19 pandemic has changed our way of life, it has also changed our EES Consultation Plan.
Despite social restrictions, which are now being eased, we have been in consultation with DELWP and stakeholders to ensure that our consultation plan in the lead up to and during the EES public exhibition will enable community members to have every opportunity to access the EES and have their say.
The updated plan is available on both our Fingerboards Project website and on the DELWP website.
Today we have uploaded a webcast presentation of the EES Key Findings to the Fingerboards project website. This is the first of a series of webcast presentations which will be uploaded to the website prior to the EES public exhibition.
We plan to hold a webinar to allow community members to discuss the EES Key Findings with Kalbar personnel and technical consultants during the week commencing Monday 22 June – the exact date and time is still to be confirmed.
In the meantime we invite community members to review the EES Key Findings on-line presentation and submit any questions to us at contactus@fingerboardsproject.com.au.
All questions applicable to the EES will be recorded and answered during the webinar, and the full list of Q&As will be published on the Fingerboards website.
In mid-June we will call for registrations to participate in the EES Key Findings webinar. We will ask that questions applicable to the EES be submitted prior to the webinar to ensure that answers can be provided as part of the presentation. We will also take appropriate questions during the webinar and will publish the answers.
The webinar will be moderated by an independent facilitator. The full webinar will be recorded, together with the questions raised, and answers, and uploaded to the Fingerboards website within seven days.
The other webcast presentations in the series that will be uploaded in time for the EES public exhibition include:
